SPAK takes the defendant and takes him to court, Erjon Buçuku, in charge of the Human Resources Sector of the General Directorate of Public Facilities in the Municipality of Tirana.

According to the investigations, it has been proven that he had hired a couple as guards and sanitary workers in the schools of Tirana against the amount of 250 thousand lek.

"From the comprehensive and objective investigation of this proceeding, it has been proven beyond any reasonable doubt that the defendant Erjon Buçuku, in charge of the Human Resources Sector of the General Directorate of Public Facilities in the Municipality of Tirana, has improperly benefited from the value monetary amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek, to employ the citizen Geraldi Bregu, as a guard of the 9-year-old school "Ardian Klosi", Tirana, as well as requested an irregular benefit from the citizen Geraldi Bregu in the monetary value of 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand ) lek, to employ his fiancee as a sanitary worker at the "Mihal Grameno" school in Tirana, but the citizen Geraldi Bregu did not give her this monetary value" says the announcement of SPAK

He is charged with "Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions", provided by Article 259/2 of the Criminal Code.
