A few days ago, the scandal with the Magistrate's test in the "Poly of Justice" was reported in the media, where, according to some students, the list was increased with 42 names of winners.

Even today, the list was added again with 10 new names of winners, bringing the total number from 79 that were initially to 131.

But according to former senior police official, Shemsi Prençi, this issue should be investigated by SPAK.

He said in the show "Breaking" on Top Neës, that there is no doubt that the names of family members and relatives of politicians may have been included in the list. He said that today's Magistrates will be tomorrow's prosecutors and judges, and such an intervention consequently leads to the seizure of justice.

"Arben Rakipi should be investigated, he knows better than anyone. This should be investigated by SPAK. Absolutely, there are people who are relatives of politicians who have won in the Magistrates' Court. The list of names should be taken and looked at by SPAK", stated Prençi.
