SPAK hearing on Tirana incinerator postponed

The Special Court postpones the trial session on the merits of the defendants for the Tirana incinerator to January 31st.

The reason for the postponement was the absence in the courtroom of SPAK prosecutor Dritan Prençi, who was on an engagement abroad.
