The citizens' protest in Tirana has entered its twelfth day.

Initially, the protesters gathered at "Skënderbej" Square, where they then started the march towards the Prime Minister's Office building, with calls against the government and the official opposition,

During the protest, repeated calls were heard such as "Rama in prison" and "Berisha in prison", "Albania of Albanians, not of oligarchs", "New Albania"

The protest continues peacefully, while the participants emphasize that their demands are related to the future of young people and changes in political and social life in the country, while today there were calls from protesters for SPAK to launch investigations against Prime Minister Edi Rama, while they listed several scandals, such as the case of Belinda Balluku, Arben Ahmetaj, etc.

Meanwhile, one of the protesters said that the rally initially started as the "flamingo revolution", but according to him, it has now taken on a broader dimension.

"11 days ago this started as the flamingo revolution. This is no longer the issue of flamingos, of Zvërnec or of Narta, this is the issue of our right to be heard. This is the issue of the Albania we want to leave to our children. The fight to protect nature is a fight that never ends. We are here to protect pride. It is the last battle to protect our identity. We will not stop," he said.

For 12 days, the protest has been peaceful and no incidents have been reported.

The organizers have stated that the protests will continue every day from 6:00 PM until their demands are met, which include the cancellation of laws that, according to them, are related to the environment, nature, and protected areas.
