The Special Court has issued a verdict for 14 Albanian jihadists who were involved in the conflicts in Syria, declaring several guilty, some of whom are no longer alive, while others will serve long prison sentences.

Shyqyri Kaca and Saimir Kaca were sentenced to 10 years in prison each, while the others received between 5 and 9 years, according to criminal offenses for participation in a terrorist organization and combat actions abroad.

Decisions:

For the guilty plea of ??the defendant Shyqyri Kaca for committing the criminal offense of " Participation in a terrorist organization " with 9 years of imprisonment.

-The guilty plea of ??the defendant Shyqyri Kaca for committing the criminal offense of "Participation in hostilities in a foreign country" with 4 years of imprisonment.

Based on Article 55 of the Criminal Code, the sentences were combined into a single sentence of 10 years of imprisonment.

The guilty plea of ??the defendant Saimir Kaca for committing the criminal offense of "Participation in a terrorist organization" with 9 years of imprisonment.

The guilty plea of ??the defendant Saimir Kaca for committing the criminal offense of "Participation in hostilities in a foreign country" with 4 years of imprisonment.

Based on Article 55 of the Criminal Code, the sentences were combined into a single sentence of 10 years imprisonment.

-The guilty plea of ??the defendant Enes Kaca for committing the criminal offense of "Participation in a terrorist organization" with five years of imprisonment.

The guilty plea of ??the defendant Enes Kaca for committing the criminal offense of "Participation in hostilities in a foreign country" with two years of imprisonment.

Based on Article 55 of the Criminal Code, the combination of sentences into a single sentence of 5 years imprisonment

Based on Article 55 of the Criminal Code, the sentences were combined into a single sentence of 9 years of imprisonment.

Based on Article 55 of the Criminal Code, the sentences were combined into a single sentence of 9 years of imprisonment.

* The guilty plea of ??the defendant Etion Zani for committing the criminal offense of "Participation in a terrorist organization" and based on Article 234/a/2 of the Criminal Code and his sentence to 8 years of imprisonment.

-The guilty plea of ??the defendant Etion Zani for committing the criminal offense of "Participation in hostilities in a foreign country" with four years of imprisonment.

Based on Article 55 of the Criminal Code, the sentences were combined into a single sentence of 9 years of imprisonment.

-The guilty plea of ??the defendant Nertil Hysenllari for committing the criminal offense of "Participation in a terrorist organization" with 8 years of imprisonment.

-The guilty plea of ??the defendant Ledio Mehmeti for committing the criminal offense of "Participation in a terrorist organization" with 8 years of imprisonment.
