The speed of the vehicle beyond the permitted norms took the lives of three young people traveling in the "Audi A8" vehicle yesterday evening. The driver Klevis Ruçaj, 20 years old, the passengers Eriselda Abedini, 22 years old and Sikela Përroi, 23 years old, lost their lives after the vehicle broke the barriers near the Sauk roundabout and fell from the overpass.

But could this accident have been avoided, considering that the 20-year-old had only had a license for a year and a few months, and during this time he had been fined several times for speeding, using a mobile phone or other violations of the rules of the road road traffic?!
