They exploited two minors for prostitution, 2 young men arrested in Shkodra!

Shkodra police have arrested two young men, who are accused of exploiting two underage girls, aged 16 and 14, for sexual intercourse in exchange for payment.

Specifically, the young men, Skendi Cubaj and Algeos Kekaj , have been placed in handcuffs  . 

During the physical search of Algeo Kekaj, the police found a small amount of narcotics suspected to be cannabis, which was seized as material evidence.

Police announcement:

Specialists from the Narcotics Investigation Sector arrested citizens SC, 19 years old, and AK, 19 years old, both residents of the village of Koplik i Siperm, in flagrante delicto.

From the investigations conducted for several weeks, led by the Shkodra Prosecution Office, it is suspected that these citizens were exploiting two underage citizens, 16 years old and 14 years old, for sexual intercourse, in return for payment.

During the physical search, a small amount of suspected cannabis was found on citizen AK, which was seized as material evidence.

Investigations are ongoing to fully document this case. The procedural materials were referred to the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office for the criminal offenses of "Sexual or homosexual relations with minors", "Prostitution" and "Production and sale of narcotics".
