The Border Police Services in the Muriqan PKK, following the increased controls for the prevention, identification and attack of illegalities, based on the risk analysis, at the entrance of RSh, have moved to the second line, for a more detailed control, of the vehicle with which the Kosovar citizens PP and BP (father and son) were traveling.

During the search in the vehicle and in the handbag of the PP citizen, the Police services found and seized 28,400 Euros that the PP citizen possessed, but did not declare at the border, according to legal provisions.

Following the actions, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for the Kosovar citizen PP, 50 years old, resident in Germany, for the criminal offense of "Failure to declare cash and valuables at the border".

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
