In the next "Eye to Eye" confrontation with commentators, Prime Minister Edi Rama once again returned to SPAK and recent developments.

According to the head of government, SPAK has already shown that it is not caught, but added that it will not accept a justice system that violates rights.

"SPAK is not mine, but of the Constitution and the justice reform. Now the US has withdrawn from this work and if SPAK had brought it, America would have taken it with it. SPAK is here and has a guarantee. The only guarantee for the survival and progress of SPAK in the context of this war from the swamp with the old owl at the head is the Socialist Party and me at its head. The justice reform was carried out by me and the Socialist Party. In 2025, the challenge is to have a fair and equal justice system. The first part of the challenge, despite the costs, the things that are not going well, even with SPAK is that it has created the self-confidence of independence. No one can say today that SPAK is captured. The challenge is for independence to be a guarantee for professionalism and standards. We will not accept a justice system that is unprofessional and in violation of rights and freedoms and the rights that make the difference between justice in a dictatorship and justice in a democracy. "Pre-trial detention cannot become the norm to lock anyone up without evidence," Rama said.
