The government approves the new scheme for financing projects from gambling funds!

The Council of Ministers approved this Friday the rules for the organization and functioning of the Project Support Council, a new structure established within the Gambling Supervisory Authority.

The decision defines in detail the manner of establishment, organization and functioning of this council, which will have a key role in supporting and financing projects in this field.

According to the decision, the conditions and requirements that entities must meet to benefit from financing, as well as the necessary documentation for application, have also been determined. Another important element is the procedure that will be followed for the review and evaluation of projects, in order to guarantee transparency and objectivity.

The creation of this council aims to strengthen support mechanisms for various initiatives, ensuring a structured and clear process for selecting projects to be funded.

This decision comes into effect immediately and is expected to impact the increase in management and supervision standards in the gambling sector in the country.
