A protester has lost consciousness during clashes in front of the Ministry of Education, where police used tear gas. An ambulance has arrived at the scene.
The middle-aged man was initially helped by bystanders and then placed on a stretcher. It is not known whether his condition was caused by the gas or some other health problem.
Meanwhile, Democratic Party MP Kledi Hoti said that the protester had fainted from the gas and that at one point he had not felt his pulse.
"He passed out from the gas. He had no pulse, he shook my hand. But we don't know what problems he has, but he had surgery," he reported to A2 CNN.
