The Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan declares incompetence for Laert Haxhiu's group, thus passing the file to SPAK. 

SPAK has the competence under the law to investigate criminal groups. Laert Haxhiu is accused of 6 murders, 4 in Albania and two in Greece, in addition to other crimes such as the Lushnja massacre, which took the lives of two young people.

We remind you that the Haxhiu gang was "broken up" after the confession of the repentant Alban Tafani, who was arrested after the armed robbery in the Astir area.

Tafani also spoke about a plan by Laert Haxhiu that targeted the prosecutor of SPAK, Doloreza Musabelliu and the former prosecutor of Lushnja, Mirela Selimi.

Musabelliu and Selimi investigated the 2017 massacre in Lushnja. Currently, Musabelliu and Selimi have been taken into custody by the police after Tafani's testimony. On the other hand, the way was opened for Haxhiu's extradition from Greece to Albania, although he has refused.
