The police react to the disappearance of the former deputy director of AKSHI,

The Tirana police have reacted to the denunciation by Daniel Shima's family members about his disappearance without a trace today in Tirana.

The report to the Tirana Police Station No. 1 was made by the mother of 34-year-old Daniel Shima, after the latter had sent them a message that "they were arresting him". But after verifications, it turned out that there was no detention order against him.

"On 20.08.2025, around 17:00, the citizen M. Sh. appeared at the Police Station No. 1, who reported that today she lost contact with her son, citizen D. Sh., 34 years old.

The Police Services are working to clarify the circumstances of the case and find him", announces the Tirana Police.
