But during the investigative actions, the prosecution has discovered that the "Fiat Croma" type vehicle that was used in the murder was stolen in the Mzeze area in Tirana, in a very special form.

According to the investigation file, Endri.H and his girlfriend Ermira.L were inside the vehicle with license plate AA913ML. The two young men had parked the car in the area behind "Casa Italia" and while they were having sex, they were confronted by unknown persons armed with pistols with silencers.

Everything happened on September 24, 2019, when around 7:40 p.m., a person appeared in front of the couple telling them " ...Police don't move... ".

According to Endri.H's testimony, the two people who surrounded him got out of a "Mercedes-Benz" vehicle. One of them slapped him, while the other, who was holding a pistol, told him: " ...the police don't move...get out of the car... ".

This person was about 180 cm tall, with a thin body and with upturned hair, and when he spoke he had the accent of Berat and Fier.

Endri got out of the car and this person put the thing like a pistol on his back and he is sitting on his knees on the road next to the vehicle.

At this time, the other person, who was short, with an average body, who wore a T-shirt with a chain, with a hood on his head, approached them, got out of the back of the vehicle and from there he dropped Ermira, which was in the back seat of the vehicle.

At the time that these two people were dealing with them, the "Benz Mercedes C Clasik" type vehicle was turned on, gave gas and quickly left.

Sipas tij makina e vjedhur në Tiranë që më pas u përdor në vrasjen e Besnik Hidës në Lushnjë, i përkistet hallës së Endrit, shtetases K.S, por për shkak se halla ishte larguar në Itali, makinën e përdorte nipi.
