A serious incident occurred this evening at the place called Dervishbeg Bridge in Shkodra.  

Citizen Izvin Gucia opened fire near a service area.

According to the police, 45-year-old Genc Hoxha was injured as a result.

Police services immediately went to the scene and began searching for the perpetrator.

"Around 21:10, at a place called Dervishbeg Bridge, on the road near a service area, it is suspected that citizen IG fired a gun and as a result, citizen GH, 45 years old, was injured, who suffered leg injuries and is under the care of doctors, out of danger to his life.

Police services immediately went to the scene and began searching for the perpetrator.

Meanwhile, the investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continues its work to clarify the circumstances of the incident," the police announced.
