A citizen has reported a disturbing situation during the trip from Pisa to Tirana , denouncing the discriminatory behavior of WizzAir staff towards Albanian passengers.
According to the citizen, the travelers were offended by the Check-In employees and were not allowed to travel unless they paid an additional 78 euros for their backpacks.
He says that by shouting and threatening to notify the police, airport employees have not allowed Albanians to travel, and have even turned away some elderly people, without caring that they have tickets and are regular passengers.
He even adds that even in cases where the bag is small, some travelers have been forced to pay extra to travel.

He says these discriminatory practices are concerning to Albanians and WizzAir's transparency on baggage fees leaves much to be desired.
It is worth mentioning that this is not the only case where WizzAir , a "low cost" company, abuses passengers by forcing them to pay for hand luggage while not being responsible for flight delays, postponements and cancellations./ joq
