Security measure against Belinda Balluku, here's when the hearing will be held at the Appeals Court!

Following the Constitutional Court's decision, a date has been set for the review of Belinda Balluku's appeal against the decisions on security measures by the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime.

The case will be reviewed in the Appeals Court of Kosovo by the same panel, with Judge Miliana Muça, on March 9, at 09:00.

The hearing is expected to take place within the framework of further judicial proceedings following the decision issued by the Constitutional Court.
