This is Arjan Tase, with the rank of Commissioner and Head of the Community Policing Section at the Elbasan Police Station, who hit the child to death with a raft today on the beach of Potami.

The one you see in the photo above is Arjan Tase, the police officer who, while driving a boat on the beach of Potami, took the life of a 5-year-old child.

Arjan Tase, currently holds the position of Commissioner and Head of the Community Policing Section at Elbasan Police Station,

The Police Surveillance Agency under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office of the Judicial District of Vlora has immediately set up a special investigation group for the investigation and full disclosure of this event. Currently, citizen Arjan Tase is escorted to the Himarë Police Station.
