A 22-year-old man from Tirana is the author of a fatal accident that occurred two days ago on the "Plepa-Kavajë" secondary road, where a 63-year-old man lost his life.

The accident was recorded around 01:00 on 21.08.2024. where the 63-year-old collided with a vehicle, who died at the scene as a result. Two days later, the traffic police say that they identified and declared wanted the driver of the vehicle that caused the accident. He is Erjon Kacani, 22 years old, resident of Tirana.

The 22-year-old, immediately after the accident, left the scene and abandoned the vehicle in Kodër Arapaj village. The vehicle was found and seized by the Police services, as material evidence.

It is learned that the victim is lawyer Leonard Dingo.

During a public reaction, his fellow lawyers raised doubts that the death of Leonard Dingo was the result of a real crime due to the duty and not as reported by the police as an "ordinary accident".

According to confidential sources, until now the car that caused the accident was found abandoned in the area of ​​Shëna Vlashi, the license plate and, consequently, the owner of the car was identified, but what would lead to the disclosure of the accident is still a mystery. A crime has been committed and no suspects or detainees! ", the lawyers have reacted before.
