The contract killer, Arben Lamçja, has been extradited from Kosovo at the expense of the Albanian authorities. Lamçja was wanted by SPAK as part of the criminal group of the Çopja brothers in Elbasan.

For him, the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime has set the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the commission of criminal offenses "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", "cleaning the products of the criminal offense or criminal activity" , "Criminal organizations", "Commitment of criminal offenses by structured criminal groups and criminal organizations" provided for by articles 80, 28/1, 287, 333 and 334 of the Criminal Code.

In the period October-November 2020, Arben Lam֛çja carried out actions by providing the conditions and material means to carry out the murder of the citizen Nuredin Dumani for the account of the citizen Franc Gegely alias Franc Copja, where he met with the person who would commit the murder.

The person who would commit the murder asked Arben Lam֛çja for more information about the citizen Nuredin Dumani, such as the car that moves, his phone number or his location. For the murder of Nuredin Duman, it turns out that 250,000 Euros were offered for his capture and 500,000 Euros for the execution/murder.

Also, Arben Lam֛çja informs the person who commissioned the murder, Franc Gergely, that the person has taken over the murder and started the pursuit together with his men. Also, Arben Lam֛çja is Franc Gegely's trusted person, managing CASH monetary values, which he then used to purchase real estate on behalf of Franc Gegely. These real estates are registered in the name of the family of Franc Gegely, who is their de facto owner.

Through a foreign exchange office, on the order of Franc Gegely, the citizen Arben Lam֛çja has transferred significant sums of money that have served for the purchase of real estate, making payments for the purchase of narcotics for the account of the criminal organization.

State Police/Consecutive arrest and extradition operations are being carried out as part of the special police operation, coded "Before Justice".

Accused by SPAK of providing the conditions/means to commit murder and laundering money from criminal activity, the 50-year-old is extradited from Kosovo.

As a result of the continuous cooperation between Interpol Tirana and law enforcement agencies in Kosovo, the procedure for the extradition to Albania of the internationally wanted citizen, AL, 50 years old, was finalized.

The Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime, in 2024, assigned the 50-year-old the security measure of "Prison arrest" for the criminal offenses of "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder" and "Cleaning products of the criminal offense or criminal activity", carried out within the framework of the structured criminal group.

From the investigations, it is suspected that the AL citizen provided conditions/means, with the aim of killing the NM citizen, on behalf of the FG alias FC citizen. Also, it is suspected that on behalf of the same citizen, the 50-year-old has laundered money that was the source of criminal activity.
