The role of officer "L" is revealed during the communications carried out by Eljo Hato with Xhevahir Lita and then Lita with Bardhyl Bajri, where from the conversations "L" promises the disappearance from the file of an interception, where the suspects talk about Bardhyl Bajri and holds a meeting with the interested parties orienting them what they should declare when he interrogates you.

Bardhyl Bajri appears in this matter as a mediator, since his uncle's son, Behar Bajri, had initially talked with Xhevahir Lita to help the people in this criminal event and that Bardhyl would be the person who would maintain communication with Xhevahir Lita in the future .

In the file it appears that officer "L" suggests and advises that Eljo Hato, who participated in the gun attack on Taulant Pepaj, should not come out and stay hidden for a while.

After that, Bardhyl Bajri communicates with Taulant Pepaj who replies with messages "...I'm taking my brother no worries...I'm meeting him.....I'm meeting him...I don't do it on purpose o brother, I told him, I have closed those jobs. Those boys never let you know... They went out for their own business, you shot randomly... Yes, they have nothing to do with you... I meet him and talk to him. I'm telling him, don't talk out of trouble at all...".

Meanwhile, Bardhyl Bajri informs Xhevahir Lita that they called "Bashli" and his father to appear on Monday, as well as sends him a photo of a summons dated March 3, 2021 of the EM judicial police officer for the summons of Fatmir Bashli and Arsad Bashli , to appear at the Shkodër Local Police Directorate.

Xhevahir Lita does not waste time and asks Bardhyl Bajri to meet officer "L" again and when Lita is asked by Bajri, "...if there is a possibility of arrest...?, Lita replies that it would be nice if he was present during the interrogation "L" too. In case it is not "L", people should not report to the police on Monday.

Bardhyl Bajri asks if there is a possibility that they will be arrested if "L" is not there and Xhevahir Lita leaves a message to him:

After the conversation with Xhevahir Lita, Bardhyl Bajri sends messages to Arsad Bashli and tells him what he must declare to the judicial police according to Xhevahir Lita's order.

On the communication line with Bardhyl Bajri is also an unidentified person who knows officer "L" and talks to Bajri through Arsad Bashli's "SKY" phone. The conversation takes place after the person met with "L" and the latter informed him about the investigations. While the person threw some money into the car.

Due to the payments to the police and the Shkodra prosecutor's office, the Bajri group was able to stop the investigations for Eljo Hato, Arsad Bashli, Sehar Xhenje and change the charges against Shkëzen Xhenje from "Premeditated murder" remaining in the attempt to "Carrying without permission weapons", being sentenced to 3.8 years of imprisonment.
