New, previously unpublished images have emerged from the massacre with three victims and one seriously injured in Shkodër.

The video was filmed just a few moments after the fatal gun attack on Hamza Lici, brother of Ibrahim Lici, and Arlind Bushati, the son of the former PD candidate for the Shkodër municipality, Xhemal Bushati.

The video also shows the lifeless body of a woman and her seriously injured husband, who were bystanders who were riding a motorcycle and were hit by the out-of-control car.

The police still have no trace of the perpetrators of this massacre, while it is suspected that they were three people.

There are also doubts that there was also a third person in the victim's vehicle, whose fate is unknown.
