The Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction has today left in force the security measure "prison arrest" for Esmerald Balla, the young man who was arrested for the murder of his father, Enver Balla, imposed by the First Degree of Durrës.

The same measure for his friend, who is accused of not reporting a crime.

Balla committed the crime with a pistol firearm, after a family quarrel over the disappearance of 70,000 euros from the victim's safe.

During the physical conflict, the suspect said he fired the gun in self-defense, as the 53-year-old was trying to kill him. They then hid the body in the well and staged the father's disappearance with a mysterious woman.

Investigations and interceptions revealed the truth, as the crime was accepted by the two young men with their respective roles and the case is being processed by the Prosecutor's Office.
