Footage of the arrest of Spartak Çela
The police have published footage from the moment of the arrest of Spartak Çela in his apartment in the village of Velçan in Pogradec.
The 39-year-old was wanted for 4 years for an injury in August 2020.
The footage shows Çela being arrested by Pogradec police officers at his home.
