The police have handcuffed Spartak Çela in Pogradec, who was on the run for 4 years after being declared wanted for the event of 2020, where he shot with a Kalashnikov at several people in a bar in Velçan i Mokërs.

Çela appeared on the scene again on April 26, 2024, when he threatened the employees of the economic aid task force in Mokre and managed to wipe them out again.

This afternoon, after some information received on the operative route, the police had learned that he had returned to his apartment in the village of Velçan.
