The event occurred yesterday in The Oblast where 37-year-old Egli Proga lost his life.

Police sources said the victim was hit by a man now identified as Denis Mece, who raped and fled the scene.

It is reported that the two people have been fighting near a bar, while the victim, after being hit by Meçe, entered the bar and stayed for only two minutes, then came out falling to the ground due to the violence caused. The incident, which until yesterday was suspected of accidental, resulted in a murder.

Police have announced the murderer and collected all security cameras in the area to watch the moments of conflict. The victim died after being transported to the hospital in Pogradec, due to the haemorrhage suffered from the violence.
