The trial at GJKKO for Fredi Beleri is postponed again. The reason for the postponement of the court session was the non-appearance of the witness, Avdyl Rama , requested by SPAK.

According to the prosecution, Rama is outside the country, while the police claim that he is inside the country. The witness who is absent for the second time is the brother of the cooperating witness Arsen Rama.

The next session is scheduled for December 5 at 3:00 p.m. Fredi Beleri was arrested two days before the May 14 elections.

Fredi Beleri is accused of "active corruption in the elections", after he had offered a police associate 50 euros for every vote he could find in his favor as mayor of Himara.
