Dibran Hoxhaj, the self-proclaimed "King Cobra", is the author of the serious crime registered last night on the outskirts of Prizren. He shot with volleys at the vehicle in which the 3 Kuksians Visart Cengu, Rufgen Shehu and Arben Basha were traveling, leaving the first one dead, the second one injured and fortunately the third one escaped unhurt.

But who is Dibran Hoxhaj, the self-proclaimed "King Cobra"?

He is a very well-known character for the Albanian public, but also for justice. Dibran Hoxhaj has more than 150 cases in the Kosovo Police, where he was arrested and released several times, where he served 20 months in prison.

Dibran Hoxha's criminal history begins in 2004. In March of that year, Kosovo was involved in riots that almost amounted to a war. During March 17, 18 and 19, 11 Albanians and 8 Serbs were killed. Dibran Hoxhaj was involved in those riots.

According to the data that the prosecutor in Prizren Sylë Hoxha had shown to the show "Justice in Kosovo" in September 2015, there were over 60 criminal charges against him that were related to the "riots of March 2004". He was found not guilty. After these, Hoxhaj escaped in more than 11 accusatory acts.

Aty punonte dhe valltarja e njohur Donjeta Kosumi, e njohur ndryshe si “Kallashi”. Vetë, Dibran Hoxhaj e ka pranuar se e ka shfrytëzuar atë që kur ajo ishte vetëm 15 vjeçe.

Në vitin 2015, Dibran Hoxhaj u përfshi në një tjetër sherr me shtetin. I ishin gjetur disa pistoleta gjatë një bastisjeje që i kishte bërë Policia lokalit të tij. Ai deklaroi në atë kohë se pronare e lokalit ishte Donjeta Kosumi dhe ai punonte si roje i sigurisë së saj. Të njëjtin deklarim dha edhe Donjeta Kosumi, e cila kishte dëshmuar se e paguante Dibran Hoxhajn 200-300 euro.

But Dibran Hoxhaj himself admitted a few years later that this was a lie. After leaving prison, he declared that he was betrayed by his most loyal friends. Relations with Donjeta Kosum have also been terminated.

On social networks, Dibran Hoxha today advertises the luxurious life with various villas and expensive cars. Today he presents himself as a manager of dancers and as a Muslim humanitarian, where he helps people in need.
