A serious event was recorded in the early hours of this Tuesday morning in Prizren, Kosovo.

Some young people from Kukësi clashed with firearms after a fight in a nightclub with some young people from Kosovo. 

Official sources inform that at the moment when the citizens VC, R.Sh and AB, all three of them from Kukësi were leaving by vehicle after leaving the bar, it is suspected that the citizen DH from Kosovo fired a firearm in the direction of their vehicle.

As a result of the injuries received, citizen VC, 31 years old, died on the way to the Kukes hospital, while citizen R. Sh., 27 years old, is in the hospital under the care of doctors.

In Morina, around 04:25 in the morning, citizens VC, 31 years old, and R. Sh., 27 years old, who were transported by vehicle by citizen A, entered the direction of the Kukes regional hospital. B., all three from Kukësi, where citizens VC, and R. SH, were wounded by gunshots in Prizren, Kosovo.

As a result of the injuries received, citizen VC died on the way, while citizen R. Sh. is in the hospital under the care of doctors.

In relation to the incident, immediately from DVP Kukës, the investigative group was set up, which is carrying out procedural actions on behalf of the Kosovo Police.

From the first statements of the injured citizen and the AB citizen, who transported them to the hospital, it is suspected that the incident happened on the outskirts of Prizren, where after a conflict in a nightclub with some Kosovar citizens.

At the moment when the citizens VC, R.Sh and AB were leaving by vehicle, it is suspected that the citizen D.H fired a firearm in the direction of their vehicle.

Regarding the incident, the Kosovo Police has been contacted and the exchange of information continues.

The investigative group continues the procedural actions on behalf of the Kosovo Police, for the complete clarification of the circumstances of the event.
