This building without permission of Romario Ibraliu, who was removed as the driver of the chancellor of SPAK, became the reason for the latter to end up in handcuffs.

The police announced that the young man "threatened" IMT inspectors not to be prosecuted for illegal construction as part of the action to free up public spaces, as he was the driver of the chancellor of Spak.

After carrying out the verifications, it turned out that this citizen did not work nor does he work in SPAK. After the finding of the party object, IMT referred the case to the law enforcement bodies for further investigative verification.
