A conflict over an unsold apartment has ended in violence in Kavaja .

A 39-year-old man is suspected of raping a 49-year-old man, demanding that he hand over his late father's apartment or return the sum of 15,000 euros that, according to the allegations, had been given to him as a down payment for its purchase.

Police have announced a search for the 39-year-old, while they are also working to identify two other people suspected of being involved in the incident.

Police announcement:

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Plazh Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office and declared citizen Sh. Sh., 39 years old, resident of Kavaja, wanted.

It is suspected that, in collaboration with two still unidentified citizens, by using violence, they asked a 49-year-old man to hand over his deceased father's apartment or return the amount of 15,000 euros, which his father allegedly took from citizen Sh. Sh., with the aim of purchasing this apartment.

Work is underway to capture and identify these citizens.
