An operational force within the National Bureau of Investigation which will be capable of observing and infiltrating undercover investigations.
This is SPAK's plan to empower BKH investigators, which, as officially acknowledged, aims for complete independence from the State Police, on which they continue to rely since their creation.
This detail is noted in SPAK's annual report, while the proposals come not too far from the time when SPAK complained about conspiracy and betrayal when its actions failed.
"The establishment of such a unit within the structure will maximally limit the possibility of information leakage during investigative actions and will develop another dimension of investigative capacities," the special prosecution office declares.
Since the opening of the Bureau according to the American FBI model, the BKH has also taken over wiretapping, and most recently the preventive unit, although the risk assessment unit is still not functional.
It is still unknown why this wiretapping was not initiated when the former director of BKH has repeatedly requested it.
In this building where the National Bureau of Investigation is expected to relocate, where actions will be carried out by order of special prosecutors, each interrogation office is equipped with an installed camera system and audio recording to guarantee full monitoring and documentation in cases where declarants and witnesses are questioned.
