At the request of prosecutor Doloreza Musabelliu, Judge Erjon Çela has dismissed the case against former Director General of the State Police Muhamet Rrumbullaku, who was being investigated for abuse of office. 

SPAK said they found no evidence of the commission of the criminal offense for which a criminal report was filed against him.

In November of last year, Rrumbullaku was questioned as a person in knowledge for about an hour at the Special Prosecution Office as a person in knowledge about the investigation related to the transfers of police officers.

The investigation had previously been initiated by the Berat Prosecutor's Office, but the file was transferred to SPAK due to jurisdiction. It concerns 20 transfers within the ranks of the blue uniforms that some claimed were illegal.
