The next hearing for the assassination attempt against former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja on November 1, 2019, is taking place at the GJKKO.
In this session, SPAK presented written evidence for the two defendants Plaurent Dervishaj and Julian Meçaj.
It is learned that the prosecutor in the case, Adnan Xholi, is presenting 67 files before the trial panel and requested a closed-door session, arguing that there is information that is an investigative secret and has not been exposed so far.
"The minutes relate to the disclosure of communications on the Sky Ecc application, etc. I request that it be a closed-door session to preserve investigative secrecy, given that there is data that has not been exposed so far," said Prosecutor Xholi.
The Special Court accepted the prosecution's request that media representatives not be present during this phase of the reading of the dossier containing secret data, and the hearing continued without the presence of journalists.
