Cardiologist Edvin Prifti reacted for the first time after SPAK communicated the four accusations of money laundering, theft, corruption and concealment of income.

In a long post on social networks, the priest says that the whole process against him is a vicious persecution that is done to him because of others. He claims that SPAK prosecutors have committed a series of violations, including hiding evidence, and says that today he is bearing the cost as he was the first to speak about the coronavirus pandemic.

Dear friends,

After more than 4 years of investigations/interceptions by SPAK and 3 years after my imprisonment, this institution has recently brought 4 charges against me, one more serious than the other, persecuting me the most viciously of all over the years. However, in no case did they prove that I abused public funds, tenders and others, which is also their duty. These arbitrary accusations are in the wake of persecution ordered with the final aim of my unjust punishment and the keeping of legitimate funds seized. I clarify that:

1. Of course, anyone would understand that accusing me of money laundering when I have not made any investment is low machination. So I am accused of money laundering while I have laundered it when I have no real estate, stocks or businesses except an apartment, as confirmed by Spak. Financial audit (an accounting expertise) by a Legal Auditor licensed by the Albanian state, a file of more than 650 pages submitted first to the court and then to Spak in December 2021 and where the entire amount that Spak raises doubts was justified, not only that it has been studied or re-evaluated but surprisingly it is "no longer found" in Spak, so in a word it has "flew away". In no case does Spak prove from which "suspicious activity" these funds come from, it is their indisputable duty and this is not enough, but phone messages and excel documents on my computer where cash payments from private hospitals are confirmed, these are not even received in consideration at all. This has only a name false accusation and theft in the name of the state!

2. ⁠Në lidhje me 7 raste korrupsioni qesharakja kthehet në absurd. Une kam operuar mëse 7300 shqiptarë nga zemra dhe kam vizituar me dhjetra mijëra të tjerë. Spak ka 4 vjet përgjime të miat dhe nuk evidenton asnjë rast të tillë, gjithshka çfarë sipas kësaj organizate quhet “prova” janë mesazhe, deklarata apo thenië midis njerëzve të tjerë që shpesh herë janë fare të panjohur për mua. Nuk ka asnjë filmim, përgjim ambiental apo evidencë përveç se çfarë i ka thënë njeri dikujt tjetër. O tempo o mores! Korrupsioni ka dy anë por në rastin tim nuk ka asnjë të akuzuar për korrupsion aktiv. Pra secili prej këtyre 7 rasteve ku në 4 prej tyre fatkeqësisht ka ndodhur vdekja e pacientit dhe është e kuptueshme që dhimbja kthehet në hakmarrje dhe më pas në manipulim, asnjë prej tyre nuk është i akuzuar për korrupsion aktiv. I vetmi mesazh i imi (dhe jo i të tretëve) në një nga rastet është ai ku them që pacientja duhet të vije në QSUT se s’ka pse paguan, ky mesazh nuk ndodhet sot e kësaj dite në dosjen e spak. E gjithë akuza bazohet në trillime dhe bisesa midis të dytëve dhe të tretëve.

3. ⁠me akuzojnë për fatura fiktive?! Po asnjë spo kupton ç’lidhje kanë faturat me justifikimin dhe qarkullimin e të ardhurave, fjalë që përdoren në deklaratë për të krijuar disinformim, pra unë për të justifikuar të ardhurat e mia marr fatura nga të there? Dhe në çdo rast çdo kompani ka bërë deklaratën përkatëse sipas të vërtetës që këtu s’ka asnjë fiktivitet.

4. ⁠Akuza për vjedhje. Këtu inkuizicioni takon fundin. Çdo element në lidhje me këtë projekt ka fatura dhe justifikime. I vetmi element është që ky projekt duhet të fillonte në mars 2020 dhe u bllokua pjesërisht për shkak të pandemisë COVID19 dhe mbylljes së universitetit.

Në konkluzion të nderuar miq. I gjithe objektivi i ç’po ndodh është dënimi përfundimtar në furrën e druve të Torquemades së Inkuizicionit. Kulmi arriti javën e kaluar kur na u konfirmua që dosja e auditimit dhe ekspertizës kontabël nuk gjendej më në Spak, edhe pse gjykata kishte urdhëruar që në nëntor 2021 administrimin e saj nga Spak! Më kujtohet çeshtja e Enzo Tortora ne Itali ku u fol për herë të parë për “orrore giudiciale” ose “Tmerri i gjykimit” apo për “prosecutor misconduct” dhe “supression of evidence” në USA për rastet e çështjeve të sajuara në të cilat prokurorët fshehin provat! Mbase nuk kanë faj se ky mund të ketë qenë pjese e trejnimit në Spak!

I remember a meme from the second world war when an SS officer walking down an alley that had barbed wire on both sides and beyond the wire were people being taken to the woodshed, in front of him was a sign that read: EVEN WHY DON'T DO POLITICS, IT'S POLITICS THAT NEEDS YOU! So it was politics that needed the crematoria and the holocaust. I spoke first about the pandemic and I am getting the reward, but even if a life is saved by my small contribution, I would be happy! Above all, this is my duty! I did as much as I could for my country and people! At least Albanians no longer go to Istanbul or elsewhere for surgery, but do it in their own country. I leave the judgment to you!
