A 69-year-old man has been detained by the Belsh police, after allegedly sexually abusing his neighbor's daughter, who suffers from mental health problems. 

It is about the citizen with the initials FH, a resident of Belsh, while the complaint at the police station was made by the girl's mother, 42 years old with the initials FH

"Criminal Investigation Specialists of the Cërrik Police Station arrested citizen FH, 69 years old, resident of Belsh, Elbasan, after a 42-year-old reported that citizen FH (her neighbor) had sexual relations with her daughter 20 -years old, who suffers from mental health problems," the Police announced.
