Journalist Igli Çelmeta, invited to the show "This Week" on News24, has provided important information regarding the Dobraç massacre, emphasizing that the event is suspected of being carried out by hired killers.
He explained that there is an author who is suspected of being one of the perpetrators of the event.
Çelmeta emphasized that the investigations are focused on a structured criminal organization, which has led to the case being handed over to the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecution Office (SPAK).
"It is suspected that the incident was carried out by hired killers. There is an author who is suspected of being one of the executioners. Because they have discovered that they are dealing with a structured criminal organization, the incident has been handed over to SPAK," he said.
Çelmeta stressed that the police have arrested a person suspected of stealing the car used in the serious crime. This vehicle was used by the perpetrators and was part of a group that carried out Range Rover vehicle robberies in Tirana, Durrës and Lezha.
These vehicles were then used to commit crimes.
He underlined that police investigations have deepened, and it is suspected that Arlind Bushati, who was killed in the massacre, may have been the victim of an intrigue within the group. Çelmeta added that there is information that this group may have "sold" Bushati to opponents of Hamza Lici and his brother.
