Lamallari signs measures: Fines against 3 notaries and 2 real estate brokers

The Minister of Justice, Besfort Lamallari, has signed the order for disciplinary measures against 3 notaries and 2 real estate brokers.

Specifically, notary J.Gj in Devoll was given a "reprimand with warning for license revocation" and a fine of 500,000 new lek.

Notary VD in Fier was given a "warning with warning for license revocation" and a fine of 500,000 new lek.

A "reprimand" has been issued for notary MV in Tirana.

In addition to the 3 notaries, the Minister of Justice, Besfort Lamallari, has signed a fine measure against two licensed real estate brokers in Tirana, worth 100,000 new lek and 50,000 new lek, respectively. These are the first fines imposed on real estate brokers, for whom the Minister of Justice has ordered a full verification of their activity in the city of Tirana.

The Ministry of Justice will continue controls and disciplinary measures against any violations found or reported by citizens and the media, with the aim of guaranteeing legal standards and protecting the interests of citizens in notary services.
