The girl who was shot by her boyfriend in Shkodra and who police sources initially said had lost her life, fortunately, it is learned that she is alive and has been taken to the hospital.

Meanwhile, her boyfriend died on the spot after shooting himself.

The incident occurred inside a vehicle.

Police reaction:

At around 11:15, in the "Mark Lula" neighborhood, citizen KM, 34 years old, and citizen AP were found in a vehicle with gunshot wounds.

Citizen KM lost his life, while citizen AP was taken to the hospital in very serious condition.

Police services immediately went to the scene of the incident and are conducting investigative actions on the case.

Initial investigations show that the vehicle has no external damage caused by firearms.

A handgun was found inside the vehicle.

The investigative group, led by the Prosecutor's Office, continues to work to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
