A short while ago, Prime Minister Edi Rama called on young people to return from emigration to invest in their homeland, as according to him, the future was secure in Albania, as foreign tourists were flocking to the mountains, fields and seas.

And some people left immigration to invest in their parents' land.

Such was Klodian Harusha, who abandoned his dream of football to invest his minimal savings in Theth. But the IKMT's action to demolish the buildings cut off the young man's arms.

"I invested here. I was an immigrant. I played as a footballer in Italy for 6 years. I returned with the idea that there is a future here, but unfortunately it seems to me that there is not. I came with about 7 thousand euros saved. I returned with the word of the prime minister because he said, return, young people, and invest in the lands of your ancestors. I returned. I have tried to create a life for myself. This has been going on here for 1 year, it's with my nephew and everything ," said Klodian Harusha.

As a young man growing up abroad, Klodiani was aware that he had to get permits to build. But he explains the ping-pong he experienced from local institutions in Shkodra.

"I'm wandering around the municipality, no information about the Mountain Package. They even kicked me out of the municipality, telling me to go look for information somewhere else. The Prime Minister said last year we approved the mountain package. I made something out of wood that can be dismantled in 2 hours. They came and fined me 58 thousand euros and told me it would collapse along with the bar that has been there for 2 years with my nephew and everything ," added the resident of Thethi, Klodiani.

His investment is already part of the collapse process, but the losses suffered and the debt he has on his shoulders exceed 90 thousand euros.

"It's a 1 and a half story building and such a fine has been imposed. I'm disappointed, I came to build a life here, today I'm 95 thousand euros in debt and I don't know where to start. I've tried to invest in my land, I needed a solution," Harusha stressed.

Klodiani indicates that the prime minister's decision to demolish the facilities in Theth will force the 23-year-old to emigrate again.
