New details have come to light from the investigation file for the judge of Elbasan, Zamira Vyshka, for whom SPAK assigned the security measure of house arrest under the charge of corruption.

It is learned that the investigation against her has started after an anonymous denunciation received at SPAK. According to the anonymous whistleblower, judge Zamira Vyshka forced the family members of the defendant she had under trial to hire lawyer Ilir Pashaj as a legal defender, and the latter has already been put under arrest.

In exchange for the freedom of the defendant Xhuljo Musai, arrested for intentional serious injury, judge Vyshka and lawyer Pashaj requested the sum of 5,000 euros.

The complaint to SPAK about judge Zamira Vyshka:

"I want to give information about the notorious judge of the Elbasan court, Zamira Vyshka. This judge, as one of the most corrupt, is not stopped even by the fear of SPAK or other institutions operating in the country. She is conducting a corrupt affair with a file she currently has in hand. It is about the issue of sending to prison for the defendant Xuljo Musaj, accused of intentional serious injury and is under arrest in the detention center of Elbasan.

This defendant had a lawyer who followed the case during the review of the security measure, but now that he has received it, Kučedra Zamira Vyshka has made a condition for the party to get av. Ilir Pashaj, a former judge in Elbasan and a close friend of the judge.

Av.llir Pashaj communicates with the defendant's uncle, known as Tani Musaj, and they met while shopping. Afterwards, Iliri agreed with Zamira how to get the defendant out of prison. The hearing is scheduled for 30.07.2021, 10:00 a.m. and according to the discussions that this judge has had with av.llir Pashaj, they have agreed that she will receive 5,000 euros in exchange for her freedom.

Gjithashtu ata kanë vendosur që nëse cështja do mbyllet me një seance, ajo do jap nenin 59 të K.Penal që është pezullimi i ekzekutimit të vendimit, ndërsa nëse cështja nuk mbyllet atë ditë ajo do bëjë zëvendësimin e masës së sigurimit në mënyrë që i pandehuri të dalë dhe të shijojë verën, njësoj si gjyqtarja do e shijojë me lekët që ka marrë apo pritet të marrë nga i pandehuri.

Mjafton të verifikoni këtë rast dhe do shikoni se kjo cështje është një aferë e pastër korruptive e kryer nga një gjyqtare e cila korrupsionin e ka fjalën e saj të preferuar”.
