Requested a change of measure, GJKKO leaves Etleva Kondi under house arrest
Etleva Kondi

Etleva Kondi, former member of the commission for incinerators, has appeared in the Special Court, requesting mitigation of the security measure that SPAK requested and the first instance decided a few months ago.

Kondi is currently under house arrest and will continue to do so after the request was dismissed.

Kondi is accused of "abuse of duty" as it turns out that he was part of the commission for approving the licenses of the incinerators of Elbasan and Fier, where the former minister Lefter Koka and the former deputy Alqi Blako have been imprisoned so far.
