Checks for the Dobraçi MASSACRE, Safet Bajri is not found by RENEA forces in Shkodra!

An action launched today by SPAK in the city of Shkodra has continued with numerous checks in connection with the massacre that occurred last year in Dobraç.

One of the people expected to be arrested due to his connection to the case was Safet Bajri, but the latter has not been found by the authorities.

SPAK ordered the arrest of 4 people suspected of the armed clash in Bushat, Shkodra, an event that occurred on August 23, 2024.

Izmir Sakica and Samuel Troshani , who surrendered themselves a few weeks ago to the Shkodra police, after being wanted for the barbaric violence against Vladimir Bruci .

They have been introduced to the new charges, creating conditions to commit murder and criminal group.

For the arrest of two other people for whom an arrest warrant has been signed, RENEA undertook an action in the early hours of Tuesday morning in Dobraç and other areas of Shkodra, but was unable to put them in handcuffs.

On the other hand, the special court conducted searches in the residences and bases of the Bajri criminal group, including the house of Safet Bajri .

SPAK's investigations revealed that on the afternoon of August 23 last year in the village of Rranxa in the Bushat Administrative Unit, Vau i Dejës Municipality, Izmir Sakicaj, Samuel Troshani, along with other people, clashed with Andrea and Aleksandër Prendi with weapons.

Safet Bajri, who was traveling in an armored vehicle, was also present.

Sakica and Troshani claimed to be victims after being attacked with a gun. However, the forensic report showed that Samuel Troshani fired the gun that day, as traces of the gun were found on his hand.

The group of Izmir Sakica, Asmer Bilali and members of the Bajri group are also under investigation for the massacre of October 30, 2024 in Dobraç , where Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were executed by gunfire , and the spouses Flutura and Bashkim Basha lost their lives in an accident after they were traveling on a motorcycle when the victims' car went off the road, hitting them.
