Shkodra was shaken this morning by a serious incident that occurred in the Mark Lula neighborhood.

Kolë Manaj, 34, shot his partner Anila Ndoka Prendushi, and then killed himself.

The 44-year-old woman was seriously injured and is in hospital fighting for her life.

She had been divorced for 6 years from her husband, with whom she had 3 children, and had been living with Manaj for 5 years.
