The murder of 18-year-old  Aurelio Dervishi in Shkoza has shocked public opinion, where he passed away with a stab wound after a fight with some teenagers.

His friend, invited to News 24, said that he had met Aurelio before the incident because he had to go to work and that another friend had given him the news via mobile phone.

He says that he reached the hospital first, together with a friend, but adds that the doctors told him that he had passed away.

"This event has shocked us. Aurelio was not the type to pick a fight. I was staying at Aurelio's house. Shortly before the event, I was with Aurelio, I told him I was going to work and left. After I was at work, a friend called me on the cell phone and told me that Aurelio was stabbed.

We had great company with each other. Two cars have stopped the vehicle where Aurelio was. Aurelio went down and they shot him. They told me that a 15-year-old may have shot him. First, they held hands and then one of those boys took out a knife and shot him. My friend and I reached the hospital first. We were waiting for what the doctors would say, there they told us that he passed away", declared Aurelio's friend.

We remind you that the Court of Tirana has left in prison the 4 young people accused of murdering the 18-year-old on the evening of March 31 in Shkoza, Tirana.

The four young men are accused of murder committed in cooperation. It is learned that during today's session, they did not speak in front of the jury.

Meanwhile, the lawyers have asked for a 30-day measure until it is clarified who shot the 18-year-old with a knife, a blow that took his life, but this request was dismissed by the jury.

According to the lawyers, the event was not premeditated, but a momentary debate that ended with the murder.

During the testimony they gave to the police, they claimed that during the conflict the victim shot them with a crowbar, while it is said that the cause of the fight between them was a girl.

We remind you that the 20-year-old man with the initials F. Sh. and three minors, 2 aged 16 and one 15, were taken into custody.
