SPAK has reacted to Erion Veliaj's accusations that the prosecutor in his case, Olsi Dado, insulted him during the hearing by calling the mayor "filth".

SPAK has published the minutes, adding that the audio of the session does not include the words claimed by Veliaj.

Mayor Veliaj claimed that the transcript he published was leaked from the audio of the session.

"The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime informs you as follows: The minutes of the court session dated 12.02.2025, on page 292, numbered by the Special Court for Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC) and the audio of this session do not include the words mentioned by the person under investigation, EV, published today in the media.
