After being questioned for 4 hours by prosecutors, SP MP Klotilda Bushka has left SPAK.

Journalist Anila Hoxha reports that the chairwoman of the Parliamentary Laws Committee did not comment when she left the doors of the Special Prosecution Office.

She is being investigated on charges of actions that hinder the discovery of the truth, after SPAK suspects that she called witness Ina Goxhaj to the Ombudsman's offices, who was called and asked not to speak.

SPAK announced that up to this stage, it is established that there is concrete data, which leads to reasonable suspicion that the person under investigation, Klotilda Bushka, has committed active illegal actions, which have interfered with the investigation of the prosecuting body in relation to the processing of file number 27 of 2024.

This investigation was separated from the investigation into Mayor Erjon Veliaj, his wife Ajola Xoxa, and businessmen, including Elman Abule, who is under arrest.

MP Bushka has publicly said that Ina Goxhaj is her cousin and this is the first time she has been summoned to SPAK on this issue.

In the other separate file, Erjon Veliaj is under arrest and is suspected of corruption in nine cases and money laundering.
