The person you see in the photo is Daniel Pepa , the perpetrator of the murder of 33-year-old Flori Paluçi in Manzë.
The 21-year-old is being sought by police along with another person.
How did the incident in Manëz happen?
It all started in the early hours of Wednesday morning, when two young men, Daniel Pepa and Aranit Kurti, went to a bar looking for coffee.
But the waiter didn't make the coffee because the espresso machine was turned off at that moment.
This angered Pepa and Kurti, who began to insult the waiter, while Flori Paluçi, a customer at the bar, came to the latter's defense.
According to the police, Flori Paluçi shot Aran Kurti, leaving him dead on the spot, and immediately after that, 21-year-old Daniel Pepa shot Flori Paluçi dead.
