The Seized and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency has put up for rent the luxury bar " MONOPOL " in the "Myslym Shyri" area, owned by the wanted citizen, Aurelinjo Kalaveri alias Aurel Hoxha .

As the agency reports, it is a premises with an area of ​​388.75 m², located on the first floor on "Myslym Shyri" street, one of the most preferred areas of Tirana, which is under state administration and is available for rent for 380,000 Lekë/month.

Two weeks ago, the Special Prosecution Office, known as SPAK, announced that 5 billion lek worth of assets belonging to Aurelinho Kalaveri, alias Aurel Hoxha, had been seized.

It concerns the imposition of a "preventive seizure" measure on 3 commercial entities, 7 apartments, 6 commercial units, 32 vehicles, including a Lamborghini Urus and a Rolls Royce Cullinan, and 52 bank accounts, directly or indirectly owned by Aurel Hoxha and others.

The total value of the seized assets is estimated to be approximately 5 million euros or 5 billion Albanian lek, the prosecution says.

We recall that according to the SPAK file, Aurel Hoxha ordered the murder of Klevis Lleshi in exchange for a payment of 50 thousand euros in revenge for his brother Agim Hoxha in England.

For the murder of Klevis Lleshi, Aurel Hoxha, who was involved in drug trafficking and was the owner of the luxurious Monopol bar in Tirana, is suspected of having paid Sabah Nuzi, identified by the investigation as the person who carried out the murder for hire.

Klevis Lleshi is the cousin, the son of the uncle of Arben Lleshi, who in 2012 killed and burned Angli Agim Hoxha. Arben Lleshi was sentenced to life imprisonment for the serious crime.

Arben Lleshi was murdered in prison in 2023 by life-sentenced inmate Sokol Mjacaj. The murder is suspected to have been a paid hit.
