In today's session for the "Golden Bullet" trial being held at the GJKKO, justice associate Skerdi Tase is testifying.
He was questioned by SPAK prosecutor Behar Dibra about the 2017 assassination attempt on oil trader Aredin Behari.
Albert Pashaj is accused of ordering the two assassinations in 2017 and 2019, and they were carried out by Nuredin Dumani's "soldier", Henrik Hoxhaj, whom he paid 80 thousand euros.
In his testimony, Tase recounted how he met Henkrik Hoxhaj and the attempts to carry out the assassination attempt on the oil trader.
"I met Henrik Hoxhaj through a mutual friend. This citizen Viron Tavanxhiu told us about an assassination attempt that would be made on a person in Fier. Henrik had secured a car, weapons and had been following this person. On the day of the execution, Henrik told me that the person who ordered it had called him and told him why he was delaying the job. We went to the bar to shoot him but he got under the table and then inside the bar, I didn't go any further because I was without gloves," Tase confessed.
Further, he says that Viron Tavanxhiu also contacted Agim Boriçi to kill him in Fier.
"Viron also contacted me to kill Agim Boriçi, also in the city of Fier. The actions were carried out in 2018. Henriku and I met daily to make plans. Riku told me that he had also taken another job for Aredin Behar."
